Beautiful detached house with spacious garden in the outskirts of Lissendorf, bordering a vast forest with numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. In addition to a beautiful landscape, the area offers nice towns, cultural events and opportunities for sporting activities in summer and winter. It is an ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature, the rural atmosphere and traditional culture in the Eifel. And of course of warm summer evenings in the garden or cozy hours at the wood stove. The Eifel is an experience in every season!

The house has a cozy living room with tiled floor, modern leather furniture, radio, flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is accessible from the living room via a small step (with stair gate) and is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven-microwave, sense and coffee machine, kettle, toaster and mixer. There is also a spacious bedroom with twin beds (2 auping mesh bases) and a smaller bedroom with a single bed (0.80x1.90m), both with sufficient cupboard space. There is a small pantry and a shower room with sink, shower and toilet. The cottage is situated on a plot of 370 m2 of private land. There is a front and back garden with plenty of sun and shade and a private terrace on both sides.

The house is located on a quiet path with 7 detached houses on both sides, which are occupied very little throughout the year. In the forest area next to the park you can hike endlessly, mountain biking and even cross-country skiing in winter. The two tennis courts next to the park are for rent for visitors. A small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants are within 1.5 km.

In the immediate vicinity there are several indoor and outdoor swimming pools and for water recreation you can go to the Kronenburger See and the Freilinger See. There are also many museums, wildlife parks and nice towns to visit: Kronenburg, Blankenheim, Bad Münstereifel, Bernkastel Kues, Altenahr, Monschau, Trier and Echternach.

Due to the high location (approx. 600 m) the area is also suitable for winter sports (beginners). The most famous winter sports areas (ski slopes, toboggan runs and trails) are "Schwarzer Mann" and "Wolfsschlucht" at Prüm and the "Mäuseberg" at Daun. In winter there are many cross-country skiing opportunities in the immediate vicinity. There are extensive cross-country skiing areas in the Obere Kylltal and in Blankenheim.
