Dolce Vita Gerolstein - Dani

We rent out our beautiful holiday home in the Eifel Volcano in the quiet and green village of Gees, 2.5 km from Gerolstein. Gerolstein is a medium-sized place that has all amenities such as shops, restaurants, swimming pool, playgrounds etc. There are plenty of opportunities for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists. The Eifel also has a lot to offer for families. We can of course help you with tips about the area / activities and you can also find a lot on Trip advisor.

The house is more than 100 years old and has a large garden. The first part of the garden is fenced so that children can always play safely. In the garden you have an unobstructed view of the greenery and the mountain. You can walk from the garden to the meadows and a stream (also fun for children) or to the Geeser Drees (300mtr), a natural water source for which the Eifel Volcano is known.

We have divided the house into 2 houses called Dani (8 pers) and Luca (3 pers). Both houses have their own facilities, entrances and are therefore completely separate from each other. We usually stay in the ground floor apartment Luca. This advertisement relates to the house Dani, Dani is located on the 1st floor. During a year, the house has been completely renovated and renewed and fully equipped. The house is pet and non-smoking, we hope you respect this.

Dani has 4 bedrooms, suitable for up to 8 people. Babies or children up to 2 years old sleeping in a cot are free of charge. We have 2 baby cots available, please indicate in a message if you want to use them. There are 2 single beds with a higher entry and 3 generous double beds with comfortable mattresses. There is also one Simba Mattress, especially for people with back problems.

In fact, the house has all the amenities that one is used to at home, there is a large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto and toaster. There is a large dining table for 8 people. In the spacious sitting area there is a large TV with Netflix, satellite channels and Chrome Cast with which you can watch all (Dutch) channels with your phone. For the children there are toys, games and children's DVDs.

Linen, towels, heating, electricity etc. are included in the price.

In the basement there is a 4-person infrared sauna.

The large and fully enclosed garden has a large trampoline and playhouse with slide and 2 swings especially for children. All belonging to the house Dani, in addition there is a tree house, swing and football field with goal that are also used by the ground floor apartment Luca. Adults can enjoy and relax in the garden. There is a charcoal bbq and a large covered porch to enjoy the beautiful views and tranquility.

Dani also has a large lockable indoor garage where bicycles, motorcycles and possibly a car can be safely parked. There is some material available if you need to carry out minor repairs.
