View from kitchen great; Living room is unfortunately close to the street.
You do have to go up/down 2 flights of stairs; Taking your tray of food outside is therefore not easy.
There is a washing machine but you have to make an appointment to use it for 1 day.

It was superb, except for 2 fairly long stairs to the house. Slightly disadvantageous with small children and if you have difficulty walking.

We had a fantastic midweek in holiday home Dani. We were here with four adults and two children. The house is really fully equipped. The bedrooms are nice and spacious with good beds and shutters. The bathrooms are nice and have a bath and shower. The garden is ideal with children, they can play here safely and undisturbed. You have to drive a bit to get to the supermarket, but that's not a problem at all when you're on holiday. For other facilities you also have to drive a bit. The contact with the landlords went very smoothly. We had some questions about the rules around corona during our stay and owner Dennis helped us very well. Keep in mind that you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, so if you have difficulty walking, it is quite a task. Of course, that was no problem for us. We will definitely come back here again!

Beautifully located holiday home with large garden and beautiful views on the garden side in a small village near Gerolstein. Ideal for a family with children: endless swinging, football and playing in the cottages. There is plenty to do in the (immediate) vicinity: hiking in the Eifel nature without meeting anyone, visiting castles, (racing) cycling, motorcycling, etc. In short, a great place to spend your holiday.

The pictures are reality! The house is new, beautiful, very spacious, bright and clean, which made us feel right at home.
The view from the kitchen and 1 bedroom (unfortunately not from living room) is beautiful! There is plenty of parking and a garden with unobstructed views.
The nearby area is very suitable for walking. Gerolstein (5 minutes by car) has breakfast options, shops and restaurants and is a friendly town.
In terms of sights, we were driving for 45-60 minutes, which was a bit less.
The house itself, despite the access via 2 stairs, is highly recommended and we have felt very comfortable in Dolce Vita Dani!

A beautiful modern house in the Eifel. You rarely find these. 4 beautiful spacious bedrooms and a large living space. I can't think of any negatives. We were cycling for a week in the beautiful Eifel. This is the best base in the area, I would love to come back again. The shops are a few minutes away by car.

The service of the owners is quite good.
They provide you with a lot of information upon arrival and you will have quick answers to all your questions.
