Pear Tree gite is the larger of our 2 gites and offers open plan accomodation over 2 levels that can comfortably sleep up to 5 adults. Located at the front of the property with its own private garden and patio with pergola, it provides the perfect setting for families and friends to relax and unwind.The ground floor includes a comfortable lounge diner, modern shower room and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker and hob.

Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms, a double and a twin with the option of adding a third bed for a family of 5, plus a toilet. Complete with TV, DVD, WiFi, and games, there is everything you need to make your holiday stress-free and enjoyable.

We pride ourselves in providing comfortable well equipped gites with plenty of outside space, games and a heated outdoor pool. We live on site and are available should you need anything but leave you to relax and enjoy everything the accommodation and the beautiful area has to offer.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the dates for you. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your booking. Any booking cancelled within 8 weeks of the start of your stay will be refund, minus the deposit, if we are able to rebook the gite.

A 200,00 euro damage deposit is required on check in which is held by us and refund back to you within 7 days of your departure.

The price includes all bed linens and towels and use of the facilities. Heating is available during the colder months and the electricity for this is charged for by KwH used, payable on check out.

We have easy access to La Rochelle and Ile de Re.

The Vendee velo makes us ideal for cyclists with the Marais Poitevin offering tracks and waterways great for all the family.
