The smaller of our 2 gites, Cherry Tree gite is located at the rear of the farmhouse with wide reaching views over the large garden and pool area. This charming gite offers ground floor accommodation and includes a newly fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The lounge has a TV, DVD and we offer free WiFi.

The lounge/diner leads to a large double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This room can easily accommodate a travel cot or small bed to sleep 3. The lounge area can accommodate 2 additional single beds or the large sofa can be converted into an additional double to sleep a total of 4. The double French windows lead to your private patio area with original well

Explanation of prices

A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the dates for you. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your booking. Any booking cancelled within 8 weeks of the start of your stay will be refund, minus the deposit, if we are able to rebook the gite.

A 200,00 euro damage deposit is required on check in which is held by us and refund back to you within 7 days of your departure.

The price includes all bed linens and towels and use of the facilities. Heating is available during the colder months and the electricity for this is charged for by KwH used, payable on check out.

We are perfectly situated 10 minutes from the historical town of Fontenay-Le-Comte, 50 minutes from Puy-du-Fou, 40 minutes from La Rochelle and 40 minutes from a selection of beautiful beaches (Les Sables d'Olonne, La Tranche sur mere) There is so much to do right on our doorstep!
