By combining both of our gites through an interconnecting corridor we can accomodate larger families and groups. Pear Tree gite at the front of the property offers accomodation over 2 floors with a double and twin bedroom with toilet on the first floor. Through the corridor with an additional bathroom, Cherry Tree gite offers a large double bedroom with shower room and up to 2 beds can be added wither to the bedroom or the lounge area.

This is ideal when 2 families, a family and grandparents, or a group of friends are holidaying together and want their own space but to also be connected.

You will also get exclusive use of the pool, the large gardens and games.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the dates for you. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your booking. Any booking cancelled within 8 weeks of the start of your stay will be refund, minus the deposit, if we are able to rebook the gite.

A 200,00 euro damage deposit is required on check in which is held by us and refund back to you within 7 days of your departure.

The price includes all bed linens and towels and use of the facilities. Heating is available during the colder months and the electricity for this is charged for by KwH used, payable on check out.

We are perfectly situated 10 minutes from the historical town of Fontenay-Le-Comte, 50 minutes from Puy-du-Fou, 40 minutes from La Rochelle and 40 minutes from a selection of beautiful beaches (Les Sables d'Olonne, La Tranche sur mere) There is so much to do right on our doorstep!
