Villa Nans

NEW: Beautiful comfortable detached villa for 6 people, large garden (sun and shade) located in a spacious private park, lots of greenery and privacy, in the Provence Verte, 40 minutes from the Côte d'Azur!

Le Jardin du Golf is a small, luxurious park with 59 beautiful Provencal houses from private owners. The park is beautifully landscaped, with large plots, lots of greenery and lots of privacy. The park has a large swimming pool and a smaller children's pool, two tennis courts and a bowling alley and is located near a beautiful 18-hole golf course. There are helpful managers at the reception, where you can also order fresh bread every day.

Our house is cozy and fully furnished and very comfortable to spend wonderful holidays in this beautiful region.

On the ground floor there is a spacious attractively furnished living and dining room (including television with Dutch channels) with French doors on three sides, a spacious covered terrace and overlooking a large garden;  the spacious entrance and hall with separate toilet;  a bedroom with a double box spring bed (2x80 cm wide, 200 cm long) with French doors to the garden and with its own modernized bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink.

Good Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is available throughout the house.

The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances: dishwasher, induction hob, large combi oven-microwave, refrigerator, kettle and various coffee machines (filter coffee machine, Senseo and a Nespresso coffee machine). Downstairs is also the garage with an extra, large fridge-freezer, a washing machine and dryer and a large gas barbecue (please exchange the empty gas bottle for a full one, so that the next tenants can also use the barbecue). In the garage there is no possibility to park a car, but there are 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

On the first floor is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed (2x90 cm wide, 200 cm long) and a second bedroom with two box spring beds (90×200 cm) that can also be placed against each other. Furthermore, a spacious modernized bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. 

After many holidays in France, we have become attached to this region, the Provence Verte, because of the tranquility, the beautiful nature, the authentic character of the Provencal villages, the many possibilities for an active holiday and of course the climate with the many hours of sunshine.

In the area you can make beautiful walks and bike rides, for example in the nearby regional nature park of Sainte Baume and around the Mont Saint Victoire near Aix en Provence.
There are many vineyards with good chateaux and domaines where you can taste wine. Around the corner is a beautiful 18-hole golf course.

Our house is 2 km away from Nans-Les-Pins (with a good bakery, butcher and supermarket), and 10 km from Saint Maximin (with a famous cathedral dedicated to Mary Magdalene), beautiful unspoilt Provencal villages with nice markets on the village square. About 45 km away are the beautiful Aix-en-Provence and trendy center of Marseille, with attractive shops and museums. At the same distance you will find the impressive rocky coast, the Calanques of Cassis. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea are a 40-minute drive away. In short, there is plenty to do, but it is also a wonderful place to relax!

There are hardly any reviews yet, because I have only been renting out the house on Micazu since this summer.

In principle, the changeover days are on Saturday. The key can be picked up between 16:00 and 19:00 at the reception.  There you can also rent the sheets and possibly towels and other things mentioned. Check-out must take place before 10 am.
