Around a spacious sunny, beautifully landscaped garden (approx. 950m2) with lots of privacy and private swimming pool of 5x10m, jeu de boules court, ping pong table and various terraces. Ground floor: carport, garage, entrance, hall with separate toilet, spacious tastefully furnished living room including television with Dutch channels.

Modern luxury open kitchen with various built-in appliances namely dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, large fridge / freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.

From the living room are patio doors to the various terraces with comfortable garden furniture including sunbeds and large umbrellas. Many opportunities to enjoy the sun or the shade.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with air conditioning with a comfortable box spring bed (160X200) and private bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. Through French doors direct access to the garden with private pool.

On the first floor is a large bedroom with air conditioning with two comfortable box spring beds (90×200) and a second bedroom with air conditioning with also two box spring beds (90×200) that can also be placed against each other. Spacious bathroom with double sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

In the garage there is a large fridge / freezer and a washing machine and dryer. (No possibility to park a car in the garage.) The villa has its own carport. There are 2 bicycles for adults.
There is a large gas BBQ available (please exchange the empty gas bottle for a full one, so that the next tenants can also bbq).

Enjoy the tranquility of Provence and the bustling Côte d'Azur within reach! Arrival and/or departure day Friday and Saturday. Sunday only in consultation. This means that in the high season you are not stuck with (black) Saturdays, which can cause extreme crowds on the roads.

After more than 10 years, Cote d'Azur, we have found our place in this region in particular because of the peace, space, authenticity, and of course the climate with many hours of sunshine. It's great to experience that you amidst the vineyards is a wide range of chateaux and domaines, the beach less than 3 minutes drive, beautiful cities such as Aix en Provence and Marseille within reach, the 18-hole golf course around the corner. Overall, a fantastic place to spend your vacation!
