Villa Jolie is fully equipped and has a large private swimming pool of 60 m² (12 x 5 m). The villa has three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. On the mezzanine is a sofa bed that can be transformed into a double bed. There are three bathrooms and four toilets.
The spacious living room has a fireplace, 55 inch smart TV, and a large wooden dining table that offers space for dining. The patio doors lead out to the covered terrace with a generous dining table and stunning views over the valley. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a table and various kitchen appliances, such as two refrigerators with freezer, dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, mixer and radio. Air conditioning units have been installed throughout the villa and fast fiber optic wifi/internet is available. Baby equipment is provided (cot, high chair, toys). Books and games. Many sights and activities in the immediate vicinity for young and old. In short: a nice holiday home with all conveniences for the whole family.
Studio on the ground floor
On the ground floor there is a studio with double bed, private kitchenette and direct access to the covered terrace by the pool. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and washing machine room on this floor. This ground floor is adjacent to a large canopy with two fan lights and an extendable table that can accommodate 10 people. A nice place where you can enjoy long evenings outside and use the barbecue.

The site offers plenty of peace and privacy. Around the pool there are sunbeds on a beautiful stone terrace with a view over the valley. Here is a luxurious outdoor shower. The villa has several terraces, seating areas and a beautifully landscaped garden. Parking on site with possibility for six cars behind two electric gates. Garden and swimming pool are maintained.
