Villa Sous Les Trois Vignes Cotignac

This beautiful Provencal villa of over 145 ^m2 (inside) with a very spacious garden (2,500 m2) with private swimming pool, completely renovated and modernized in March 2023. The holiday home is located in the south of France in the pleasant village of Cotignac with ice cream parlors, many caffes and restaurants and with beautiful walking environment. The villa is located slightly inland from the Cote d'Azur (St. Tropez, Cannes, Toulon and Nice are a good hour away). Cotignac has been voted one of the most beautiful and idyllic villages in Provence, especially characterized by its famous rock (Rocher de Cotignac) and is even called 'Saint-Tropez of the Var' in France. In the hilly landscape around Cotignac you can swim in the rivers, walk, horseback ride, canoe, cycle, golf.

Our villa has a very spacious garden and is beautifully decorated with colorful flowers, beautiful trees and more tropical flora. The abundance of greenery offers total privacy from the neighbors and many natural shady spots, but also plenty of space to sunbathe while enjoying the nature around. From the cozy living room you can walk straight onto one of the four different terraces, where you can enjoy with the whole family. Through the terrace under the vines you are sheltered from the sun during the day and you walk directly to the swimming pool (11x6 meters) with an outdoor shower. You also have access to a fixed barbecue and an outdoor kitchen to prepare the most delicious meals.

Indoors, Villa Sous Les Trois Vignes is fully equipped and the kitchen is fully equipped (including Sonos boxes, Siemens kitchen appliances and Nespresso coffee machine). There is also a spacious utility room with washing machine and dryer. All facilities are available in the house for a maximum of 8 people. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor with a bathroom and separate toilet. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor with a second bathroom and toilet. In the living room with working fireplace there is an open staircase to the mezzanine where the second living room is equipped with satellite / internet TV and radio (TV Flanders and 65 channels).

Just 800 meters from the villa you will find a Spar supermarket and at 1,400 meters the picturesque village of Cotignac with its many terraces and cosiness, the special rock wall of 400 meters high and its own waterfall is within walking distance (15 minutes' walk). In addition, you are also so in Sillans-la-Cascade (river / waterfall) which is 8 km away. Several other picturesque villages are 15/20 minutes away with nice markets. 30 km away you will find the impressive Gorges du Verdon. The famous seaside resort of Saint-Tropez as well as many other interesting cities such as Aix-en-Provence, Nice, Cannes and Toulon (perfect beach!) can be reached within a good hour.
