New Maison

Nouvelle maison is located on a quiet wooded private property of 5000m2 and has a private heated swimming pool. It is located 5 km from the Provençal village of Lorgues. The house itself has a living area of 200 m2 and is equipped for up to 10 people. 

The house is built on a hill and has two floors with a total of 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is therefore ideal for families with children. There are four bedrooms on the level of the living room. On the ground floor, garden level, there are two bedrooms.

Outside:
The living room offers, through French doors, access to the spacious and almost completely covered terrace on the 1st floor. Here you will find various seating areas, but also an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. A wonderful place for a cup of coffee in the morning and extensive dining in the evening and enjoying the last rays of sunshine and sultry evenings. There is plenty of opportunity to relax in the sun or in the shade. From the swing bench you have a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the Provencal hills.

The swimming pool can be reached via a wide easy staircase. The sun terrace around the pool (10 x 4.5 m.) is spacious and equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasol. The main terrace - living room level - can be completely closed. A pleasant touch for small children. At the pool there is also a pool house with outdoor kitchen, bar and lounge sofa. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, BBQ with infrared and plancha. The garden is beautifully landscaped with palms, olive trees, fig trees, etc. There are also playful stairs through the garden and the children can play in the forest below that belongs to the house. There is also a tennis table and trampoline. There is ample parking space on the 5000 m2 site. 

Interior layout: 
You park the car at the entrance level. Through the front door you enter the living room. On this floor are also the kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and bathroom and separate toilet. If you look at the house from the pool, this is the first floor. The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a fireplace and a dining table with 8 chairs. There is also a large LCD TV (NL and BE channels) and Wifi. There is a small step of 1 step from the sitting area to the dining area and the kitchen. The new open kitchen is well equipped with a 'Lacanche' stove with grill plate and plancha, an electric and a gas oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, a wine fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso, milk frother, etc.  The house is equipped with underfloor heating.  On the same floor, the holiday home has four spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 have a double box spring bed (160x200). Bedroom 4 has two single box-spring beds (2x90x200). There is a shared bathroom with bath, separate shower, double sink and toilet. From two bedrooms there are patio doors leading out to the large outdoor terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Two bedrooms also have their own sink. From the hall the stairs lead to the lower floor with 2 more bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a double box spring bed (160x200) and patio doors to the lowest covered terrace and swimming pool, with an adjoining very spacious and luxurious bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet and also patio doors to the terrace. The children's room has two single beds (2x90x200), a cot and a high chair.

Please note that although the villa has 6 bedrooms, it is only rented to a maximum of 8 adults and two small children.
