Jardin du Golf 44 with pool

Our detached house with private heated swimming pool is located on the Residence 'Le Jardin du Golf', villa 44; near the village of Nans-les-Pins in Provence about 40 km from Aix en Provence. It is a small park consisting of 59 houses. The houses belong exclusively to private owners and are built on spacious plots of approximately 400 m2 to approximately 1100 m2. for the detached villas. In the park, a lot of attention has been paid to privacy, comfort and safety and a lot of care has also been and is being paid to the design and maintenance of the gardens.

The ground floor of our house consists of a spacious living room, a spacious bedroom with large bathroom including walk-in shower and toilet, a separate toilet in the hall and the garage. The ground floor is easily accessible for disabled people and/or wheelchair users. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with 2 single box-spring beds, which together form a spacious double bed. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor including a shower and toilet.

There are terraces at the rear of the house and on the side of the house, so you can enjoy the Provencal sun all day long. Shrubs and trees provide the necessary privacy. The garden at the front is decorated in spring and summer by flowering rose bushes and in summer also by many flowering lavender bushes. Behind the house you have access to a beautiful, spacious tiled terrace and next to the house there is a spacious 'gravel terrace'. ; and slightly lower the (heated) private swimming pool. Some mulberry trees provide the necessary shade during the hot summer days. From the garden you have a beautiful overview of part of the park and an impressive view of the 'La Sainte Baume' mountain range, which is also accessible by a challenging walk.

Our house is completely furnished. Ideal for a larger family, 2 small families or grandparents with children and grandchildren. (Our house can also be rented as a four- or six-person (plus!) house in the early and late season. Special rates apply for this.)
Through the hall you have access to the living room, the downstairs bedroom and the garage. The open kitchen has, among other things, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, oven and microwave, Nespresso machine, as well as a filter coffee machine, etc. From the living room you can access the terraces at the rear and side of the house through French doors. In the garage you will find the washing machine and dryer as well as a large fridge-freezer.
