Our detached house with heated private pool is located on the Residence 'Le Jardin du Golf', villa 44; near the village of Nans-les-Pins in Provence about 40 km from Aix en Provence. It is a small park that consists of 59 houses. The houses are exclusively from private owners and built on spacious plots of approx. 400 m2 to approx. 1100 m2. for the detached villas. In the park, a lot of attention has been paid to privacy, comfort and safety and a lot of care has also been and is being paid to the design and maintenance of the gardens.
The ground floor of our house consists of a spacious living room, a spacious bedroom with large bathroom incl. walk-in shower and toilet, a separate toilet in the hall and the garage. The ground floor is easily accessible for disabled people and/or wheelchair users. On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms, all equipped with 2 single box-spring beds, which together form a generous double bed. On the upper floor is also a bathroom including shower and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
At the rear of the house and on the side of the house there are terraces and you can enjoy the Provencal sun all day long. Shrubs and trees provide the necessary privacy. The garden at the front is adorned in spring and summer by flowering rose bushes and in summer also by the many flowering lavender bushes. Behind the house you have access to a beautiful spacious tiled terrace and next to the house is a spacious 'gravel terrace'; and a little lower the (heated) private swimming pool. A few mulberry trees provide the necessary shade during the hot summer days. From the garden you have a beautiful overview of part of the park and an impressive view of the mountain range 'La Sainte Baume', which is also accessible by a challenging walk.
Our house is fully furnished. Ideal for a larger family, 2 small families or grandparents with children and grandchildren. (Our house can also be rented in the early and late season as a four- or six-person (plus!) house. Special rates apply for this.)
Through the hall you have access to the living room, the downstairs bedroom and the garage. The open kitchen includes a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, oven and microwave, Nespresso machine, as well as a filter coffee maker, etc. From the living room you can go through patio doors to the terraces at the rear and the side of the house. In the garage you will find the washing machine and dryer and also a large fridge-freezer.
