Our gite is the oldest part of a wine farm from about 1800, located in the small wine village of Saint Maurice les Couches. The gite has a beautiful old interior, equipped with modern comfort.
Our house is located in the middle of the vineyards not far from Beaune, Pommard and Meursault.
Wonderfully quiet, little traffic, wonderful for walking, cycling or a tour by car.
The beautiful Morvan nature reserve is also not far away.
You can also taste and buy wine in our village.
A tour by 2CV or other vintage car from my collection is also possible.
Ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet and wine lovers.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rate is for 2 persons.
No deposit is required.
The tourist tax is €2 per person per night .

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; for cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.
