apartment in Rhône, France – Lake View Apartment B
From the seating area with sofa bed you have a great view over the lake. The wide-opening doors give access to the sunny balcony.
The living room is bright and open with patio doors to the balcony.
On the sunny balcony is lovely to have breakfast while admiring the view.
Also in the evening it is lovely on the balcony.
The living room is attractively illuminated in the evening. The view over the lake is then also very special.
The open kitchen has a grill/microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. The dining table is extendable and then offers place up to 10 people.
The cozy kitchen is very well equipped. There is a grill/microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, coffee maker, kettle etc etc. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware to eat with friends. The table is extendable to 10 people.
The apartment has a washing machine.
The bathroom on the lower floor has a room with a sink and a separate room with shower, toilet and bidet.

From these comfortable beds (180x210) you have a fantastic view of the lake. There is plenty of cupboard space. Next to the bedroom is one of the bathrooms with shower and toilet. The curtains are closed. Front and rear windows can be opened wide for a fresh breeze.
From your bed (boxspring 90 x 210) you have a splendid view of the lake and the mountains.
The dressing table makes this bedroom cozy and complete.
From the bedroom you have access to the roof terrace.

The palms have been planted in 2013 in the garden courtyard and are already considerable higher..

From the water you can see how cozy it is complex. Besides the buildings a mountain stream goes into the lake with a waterfall. There is also the beach where you can swim, quietly relax and enjoy the sun.
The apartments are right on the lake. Besides the complex flows a mountain stream with a waterfall. Here is a small park with picnic benches and barbecues.
The beach .... a lovely place to relax, read, sunbathe and swim.

This part of the beach is illuminated in the evening, so you can swim until late at night.
In June and July the villagers are fishing special fish,which come from the depth of the lake in these months. They are encrusted with salt and spices, dried and baked after a few weeks. In restaurant Creme Caramel they are on the menu.

Building dams with your father.....
The mountain stream is next to the complex. On either side of the brook is a beach, where it is quiet and where you can freely enjoy the sun and water.
The waterfall with cold mountain water is delightful to sit under on hot days.
Here are the picnic tables, benches and barbecues. it invites to stay until late with a bottle of wine, some food and a candle for cosiness.
Boats can be rented at several places.
On the other side of the building you can enjoy dinner at restaurant Creme Caramel. The terrace is three meters from the beach. The pizzas are nowhere as good as here. You need to make reservations, otherwise there is no place, because it is also very popular with the Italians.
And in the spring ... swans families.
The ferry takes you to all the villages on the lake. A crossing from Menaggio to Bellaggio and Varenna is very worthwhile.
.... and after lunch a moment of rest with your feet in the water ....

Great bike rides in the mountains. Bicycles are available for rent.
And unlimited hiking possibilities.
At the top of the mountains you can eat at a goat farm. They serve only there own products. There are dogs, cats, goats, chickens and goose strolling around and secretly begging when the farmer is not looking...
Winters are also great in this part of Italy. The Alps are white, the air feels clean and cold and the sun warms you. A 40 minutes drive from the apartments is a great ski area.
And peace everywhere ....
