Villa Hameaux Castellane with large heated private pool

Beautifully situated in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, about 3 kilometers from the beautiful town of Castellane.
The villa has 3 spacious double rooms, a bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet.
Outside you will find a wonderful heated JEE O rain shower. The living room is comfortably furnished around a wood-burning fireplace, large TV and 6 spacious seats.
There is an extra toilet at the front door. The villa has a spacious kitchen with all necessary equipment (dishwasher, refrigerator, combi oven, electric hob and complete inventory), a bar and a six-seater dining table (can be extended for extra places).
An indoor storage room with an extra (large) fridge and freezer compartment, washing machine and dryer.
Through the sliding doors you enter the garden (784 m2) with a covered terrace, various cozy seating areas, a petanque (jeu de boules) square and the heated private swimming pool (9.00 x 3.50). For the safety of the smallest, the swimming pool can be covered with electrically operated cover slats.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

WiFi (Mifi) and Canal Digital are available and their use is included.

In the vicinity of the villa you will find the recreational lake Lac de Castillon. In the center of Castellane you will find various booking offices to actively fill in your holiday (rafting, canyoning, hiking, cycling, horseback riding, paragliding). There is no shortage of restaurants. There is a restaurant annex cafeteria/pizzeria within walking distance of the villa with Dutch-speaking service.
