Gîte Maison Mayet

Our Maison Mayet holiday farm is located in Auvergne, in the Puy de Dôme department. A region characterized by its natural beauty including the Parc Naturel des Volcans d'Auvergne. A spectacular series of extinct volcanoes, of which the Puy de Dôme is the best known and the highest (1465m).

It is a region characterized by countless lakes, meandering rivers and rugged rock formations, ideal for active family holidays but also for the relaxed peace seeker. 

Maison Mayet is a farmhouse dating back to 1900 and is located in the town of Saint-Gervais-d'Auvergne, in the middle of the rolling landscapes of the Les Combrailles region. We have completely renovated our farmhouse in recent years. We have taken into account the original appearance and authenticity of Maison Mayet, but combined with contemporary 21st century comforts.

On the ground floor is the modern kitchen with spacious kitchen, a separate, cozy living room with patio doors to the garden and the covered terrace. You will also find the pleasant bathroom with laundry corner and the separate toilet. On the upper floor are the three spacious bedrooms including the master bedroom of 35 m².

The large covered terrace and the garden of 1450 m² enclose the old farmhouse. 

The small town of Saint-Gervais is a few minutes from our holiday home and this is where you will find most of the amenities; 2 bakeries, a Carrefour supermarket, a pharmacy and several restaurants. You will also find a gas station and 2 charging stations for EVs here.
