Holiday with us in the serenity of our private hamlet, La Tourette, no neighbours and opposite our village in the Livradois National Park. Fly to Clermont (45 mins) via Paris or direct to Lyon 2hr 30 mins.

We welcome children to enjoy this ancient farm and relax in your private garden, pool and BBQ area. Enjoy fantastic elevated views of the countryside.

5 km from a swimming lake with amenities at Le Vernet La Varenne. The area is perfect for walking and cycling and many more activities.

We have 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin. The lounge, dining area, kitchen and down stairs toilet are on the ground floor with French and English TV. The master bedroom and family bathroom are on the first floor and the remaining double and twin are on the top floor. 

There is a private garden with a pool, dining and BBQ areas, supplied with outdoor furniture and parasol.

There is private parking opposite the gite and also outside the main gates where there is also plenty of extra space to relax and play games.

We live in the hamlet and will be happy to help with anything.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The host charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

  • Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the renter informs the host on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that they will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), the renter will still be liable for the full rental price.
