Gite de hermitage Suitable for 2 -3pers. l Part of an  old farmhouse. But completely independent  house. The owners  live in the other part
The gite has its own entrance where the bathroom with toilet is located. The washing machine and dryer are also located here. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the large living room with open kitchen, a wood stove and panoramic views. A hallway takes you to the second toilet with sink, and two bedrooms. A room with a double bed. A room with two single beds. The third room is an office with a desk so that your work can continue if necessary. There is a closed parking in a garden of 5000m2. Part of it is available for you with BBQ. There is WIFI, TV with  Dutch channels and  for those who wish French channels .. The gite is not suitable for children under 10 years old.

Outdoor:
There is a closed parking lot. The garden is available for our guests, there is a large table with BBQ and three sunbeds
At your front door a table with chairs so that you can enjoy your cup of coffee with croissant.

Environment:
Montpensy where the gite is located is a hamlet, 4 km from  Ouroux and Morvan. In Ouroux and Morvan there is a bakery, restaurants, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office, a cinema  and nice terraces.
Chateau Chinon, the capital of De Morvan, is 16 km away, here you will find, the large supermarkets Lidl and B1, a bookstore an, pharmacy, eyewear store, bakery, restaurants.
4km away is the large lac de panneciere where it is wonderful to swim and laze around. There is also the possibility to fish 20 km away the ,,lac les Settons,, here you can make a beautiful circular walk of 16 km, swimming, taking a boat trip, pedal boats and nice terraces

Mountain bike trails (1200 km) start at the front door.
Hiking trails also start in front of the door
