Location : in the small hamlet of “Les Forges” near the village of Bouhy in the Puisaye on the edge of the Yonne and the Nievre.

Layout: living room with TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, sofa bed and fireplace (+ wood), dining room 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with toilet. The house is equipped with WI-FI
Kitchen; electric stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, Bedrooms and bathroom; 1 bedroom with king size bed. 1 bathroom with double sink and shower. Washing machine and dryer available.

Outside: large enclosed area with lawn and trees, garden furniture and sunbeds, private swimming pool 5.5x12x2m deep, terrace, BBQ, dining facilities, ping-pong table, 2 parking spaces.
