- It is a nice cool house and the garden has nice shaded areas. A swimming lake (also for the dog) about 15 minutes drive.
- Don't expect a 'sleek' modern house. We have opted for atmosphere and conviviality. However, we have made many improvements since 2001, making the house very comfortable. This opinion is shared by the many guests who have spent their holidays in our house over the years.
- Less suitable for children 2 - 18 years. Well-equipped kitchen area for cooking enthusiasts, with a large 5 burner stove. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs and upstairs a WC.

Location very central for a visit to Saint Sauveur, museum and house of Colette, Guédelon, the Morvan, Auxerre, Vézelay and the famous wine region of Chablis, Pouilly, and Sancerre!
There are many activities in the vicinity, with weekly local markets, flea markets. There is a recreational lake less than 10 away, here you can swim, also with the dog and there are bicycle boats for rent, possibility of fishing, an adventure park, a medieval castle under construction, summer spectacle chateau St. Fargeau, petting zoo, pony-horse club, rowing on the canal at Briare. Cycling along the Loire. All in all, the place for an optimal holiday in the middle of nature. Or to completely recover from daily worries! Most activities are open from April to October.
