We were 4 weeks in this beautiful place in the Morvan. The first week the weather was a bit rainy, even with a lot of thunderstorms, which caused a power outage. Something we didn't immediately realize that the boiler had also failed. We have seen deer on the edge of the meadow behind the garden, butterflies, a cozy donkey of the neighbors, a rooster that is loud in the morning at 6 o'clock in the day!! The following weeks it was lovely summer weather, the last week very warm. Watering the planters every day and watering the garden every other day. The house was fine, only we were not able to discover a TV upstairs, not that we missed that, but it is on foto.de kitchen tap, I couldn't get used to it, it turns exactly the other way. Very special! We had a wonderful time, too bad we had to go home again! It is definitely a place to return to again! What was also nice was that the baker came by 3 times a week honking loudly. You had to order it in advance. Quiny and Marja, you have a lovely house in a lovely spot! Warm greetings Sieb and Janny from Den Helder.

We had a wonderful holiday with our 2 dogs. House is fully equipped and you can enjoy walking from the house. We will definitely go back!

At the end of September we were in Burgundy, or rather in La Puisaye. What a lovely, lovely region. We stayed at La Marquise in the hamlet Mouvent. Upon arrival we were immediately happy, what a great location and what a cute house. The inside of the holiday home also charmed us. It has a rural feel and has a warm and cozy feel.
The garden is fenced and at the rear is a lot of privacy and a wide view.
There is a lot to discover from this location. There are numerous smaller and larger castles, very old locks and more beautiful in the immediate vicinity. Within an hour's drive you already have something to see.
It is very quiet and we have come to relax. We can only praise the great location, the cozy house and the beautiful surroundings.
We plan to return again for sure.
