Whether you want to swim in the nearby lakes, explore the charming villages of Burgundy or enjoy the tranquility on your private terrace, this accommodation is the ideal base. The house has a complete kitchen for all your culinary adventures, a cozy lounge and a total of three comfortable bedrooms (one downstairs, two upstairs). The bathroom and toilet are practically located on the ground floor.

End the day on the terrace with a local wine and enjoy the phenomenal view. Experience Burgundy at its best from our attractive holiday home!

We have been living in France since 2022 and in addition to enjoying the beautiful French life ourselves, we also want to give you the opportunity to fully enjoy it in our beautiful Gîte. We therefore wish you a warm welcome. In the area you can enjoy walking and cycling, electric bike recommended. There is also plenty to discover for water lovers.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Equestrian center 'Les Ecuries de la Croix des Bois' in Montillot. Riding in the arena or through the forest under supervision. Walking ponies for rent for children from 5 years old. Multi-day tour rides possible.
Fantastic Food Market, every Saturday morning in Clamecy. Local producers bring fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, cheeses, Burgundy wines, honey, bread etc.

The fitness room stays cool for a long time in the summer. Afterwards you can make sparkling water in the kitchen, really Eau de Savelot, Spa can't compete with that...
