The house is detached on a terrain of approximately 4,000 m2 with great views. No traffic.

The house is a farmhouse converted in the 1990s that has been left in a classic style: thick walls, huge wooden beams. It is fully equipped, central heating, boiler, space for at least ten people. The center town of Luzy is 7 kilometers away. The house stands on a large property with apple and plum trees.

The whole house is available, including the shed where wood for the fireplace is stored and where bicycles and - if you feel like it - tools for the garden.

In the summer months you can swim in Luzy (7 kilometers away), in the municipal swimming pool. There is also a swimming and surfing lake in La Nocle-Malraux 14 kilometers away. And there are several other lakes nearby.

The center town of Luzy is 7 kilometers away. Luzy has a train station with good connections to Paris, via Nevers and Paris/Lyon via the TGV station of Montchanin. There is a taxi company in Luzy and the building has two strong hybrid electric bicycles for short distance transport and for trekking in the area.

The house is located on a quiet country road with one other house nearby, and a few houses 500-1,000 meters away. The village of Flety has 98 inhabitants. Luzy is 7 kilometers away and it has a regional function. All conceivable facilities are available there, swimming pool, campsites, hardware store, restaurants and large supermarkets.
