Le Mont Charlet

"Le Mont Charlet" is an old farmhouse converted into a luxurious and very tastefully decorated "Gite de Charme" surrounded by a beautifully landscaped large garden with several terraces with a beautiful unobstructed view over the rolling hills of the Sud-Morvan.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Chiddes, within walking distance of the restaurant Le New Montcharlet.

For all groceries there are two supermarkets, a bakery and a butcher in the town of Luzy, 10-15 minutes drive from Chiddes.

From the house you can make beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity.

Cancellation must be made in writing:
in case of cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental: free of charge
in case of cancellation from 90 days to 42 days: 30% of the rental price
in case of cancellation from 42 days to 28 days: 50% of the rental price
in case of cancellation from 28 days to 14 days: 75% of the rental price
for cancellations from 14 days: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not (or no longer) use the rented property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
