What a beautiful building in a beautiful location in the middle of the Morvan nature park!
Our school dates back to just before 1900 and the former teacher's residence is now rented out by us. The house consists of 2 floors. Downstairs there is a hall, a spacious living room, a large kitchen-diner with dishwasher, and fully equipped. Furthermore, a toilet and a bathroom with bath. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, with a total of 7 sleeping places and a cot for smaller children. There is also a toilet and a bathroom with shower upstairs. In winter it is nice and warm: there is central heating and 2 wood stoves. Our land, size 6000m2, surrounds the house, and the garden at the front of the building is entirely for the tenants: privacy guaranteed! Dogs are welcome!

In 2004, we Eric and Greta the Nobel bought our old school to achieve our dream: living in nature! Since 2006 we live here permanently and rent the former house of the Miss (we have completely refurbished) with great pleasure. The holiday home is as old as possible, "old" decorated with a lot of brocante and a cozy atmosphere!

Rent is based on a stay with 4 people. For each additional person over 12 years of age, you pay € 15 per night pp.
Cleaning € 60, possibly. heating costs central heating €15 per day. Tourist tax €0.70 pp per night.

Het Canal du Nivernais....hier heeft de tijd stilgestaan! jaagpaden erlangs om te fietsen en te wandelen, sluisjes, die nog met de hand bediend worden en een ongelofelijke rust.
