My name is Peter Van Staeyen. I was born in Pulderbos in the Antwerp Kempen. Today I would like to invite you to rent a gite in Le Roc, there are several good reasons for this, quiet and picturesque surroundings, charming accommodation, the area offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities, local culture and gastronomy in close proximity.

Explanation of prices

A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due when booking. The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the gîte is occupied. If the rental period starts within 6 weeks, the full rental amount must be paid.

The booking is final when the first deposit has been paid.

The tenant can cancel his reservation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period in case of urgent necessity, the deposit will then be used to cover the costs. In case of later cancellation, no refund will be made, but if another tenant is found for the relevant rental period, the rental price -5% costs will be refunded. It is wise to take out cancellation insurance.
