Visited in August 2018 Villa Pepy is a great holiday. Very quiet location, fully furnished, great garden furniture and a great shelter. The shelter is a solution when it is warm (shade) and it is wonderful to sit under the shelter to muse in the evening with a glass of wine or read a book. The Dordogne and the Lot are easy to travel. We enjoyed it and we thank Elly and Henk for your great service. Highly recommended and attractively priced!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Included in the rental price are:
Electricity, gas, tourist tax, WIFI, TV with Dutch channels.
JBL radio, also possible to stream via your radio music app.
Use of washing machine
Bed linen,towels.
(beds are made on arrival).

Not included:
Final cleaning at 65,- euro.

No pets and definitely NO smoking.
Washing powder/tablets for dishwasher and washing machine.
Please note:
When using the Pellet Stove, bags of pellets are needed, (which are wooden pellets.) The tenant must purchase this himself in Gourdon (including Carrefour, Intermarché, Bricomarche, etc)
The first 2 bags of pellets are free, they are already present in the Gite!
