4 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 with 2 bunk beds and 1 with 2 single beds each, which can be merged) - all with access to a beautiful lawn, 7 acres with a tremendous view over the hills (great sunsets!)

The house is located 7 km from Souillac and the Dordogne River, 30 km from Sarlat and 25 kms from Rocamadour. There are large supermarkets in Souillac.
This place is so special because it is very close to the Souillac Golf Club is located, while still 100% privacy. The club offers green fees with 10% discount (on request) and also has other facilities like a good restaurant, a terrace and tennis courts.
Would you spend a day canoeing or go abseiling or balloon sail? It is all possible within a 25 km distance. Gignac: Hiking trails, tennis 1 km. In Souillac: swimming pool and canoeing-kayaking at 14 km. Chasteaux - Lac du Causse: a lake, swimming, sailing, water skiing and fishing at 15 Km.
