Eighteenth century house on 1.8 ha plot and private pool. Located on a very quiet country road in the open field, with spectacular views to all sides. The thick stone walls and the ceilings have (mostly old) beams. The floors are made of lacquered oak and chestnut wood and tiles. Each room has character.
There is a romantic terrace to enjoy al fresco dining, and more space for outdoor enjoyment, such as the incredibly beautiful sunset and the beautiful swimming pool, which is nice and quiet compared to the house.
The small village of Lamothe Fenelon is nearby, with a medieval church, two restaurants and a small lake with a kind of playground there.
Five kilometers away is the picturesque Payrac, with a good shop, bakery, pharmacy, doctor and three restaurants.
Two beautiful cities (Souillac and Gourdon) are about ten miles away, with supermarkets and all you need.
The Dordogne River is ten minutes drive away and the house is excellent for other tourist attractions in the Dordogne.
We bought this house three years ago, after we had already an apartment in the Alps. Meanwhile, the house is totally adapted to our needs with a beautiful large kitchen and a cottage for 4-5 people. So now slpaapplaatsen 13 in total. What a wonderful place we have found here!

Only renters who have booked through the Micazu booking calendar can write a review. Then we know for certain that the ratings are from tenants who have actually been in the holiday home.
We find reviews very important, both the positive and the negative. When evaluating your stay in a holiday home, we ask that you to take the following guidelines into account:
Reviews should be about the rented holiday home
The most useful reviews are detailed and help others make better decisions. We ask you to simply review the holiday home and leave other things out of the review.
Respect the privacy of others
Do not include email addresses, phone numbers, websites, social media accounts, and similar information from others in your review.
Reviews must be respectful
We expect you to write family friendly reviews.

Ratings that do not comply with our guidelines can be removed and will no longer be included in the average grade.
