The chalet is located in the middle of the greenery and offers a lot of privacy. The interior is a nice combination of rural and modern, making it immediately cozy. Like the other accommodation, the chalet has its own veranda, where you can enjoy the outdoors for a long time. Le Jasmin also contains a full bathroom, so you are fully equipped.

Bienvenue! We are Johan and Desiree. In 2018 we started renovating an old farmhouse in Loupiac. Where we already saw the holiday accommodation completely in front of us, others saw mountains of work and dust. Thanks to a lot of work, painting, sweating and popping, this gem has been refurbished and is ready to serve as a holiday residence. Our three holiday homes are located in picturesque Loupiac, in the middle of nature. Always wanted to live like a God in France? Come and visit us.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The tourist tax is € 0.60 per person per day. These costs are not included in the above mentioned accommodation costs.

Cancellation Policy:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation that falls in a time frame of more than 60 days before arrival, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount.

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
