Grauvière is a nice holiday home, located in the most beautiful part of the Périgod Noir (Dordogne/Lot) and suitable for up to 8 people. Grauvière is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden with a lovely heated private swimming pool at the rear where you can relax. The old fortified town of Gourdon with all facilities and numerous restaurants is only a 10-minute drive from your accommodation, a bakery and a good restaurant can be found in the nearby village just a few kilometers away.

Grauvière has a spacious living room with open kitchen which is fully equipped. French doors give direct access to the terrace (120m2) and the swimming pool. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to the left and 2 bedrooms and bathroom to the right of the living room. Ideal for two families, for example.
Outside
The fully fenced garden of about 1500m2 offers a lot of privacy and for the children there is a lawn to play/play football. At the rear of Grauvière is the terrace and the swimming pool (with roman steps) of 10 x 5mtr. Next to the house there is a driveway with plenty of parking.
Environment
Ideally located between Lot and the Dordogne, and not far from the beautiful cities of Sarlat, Domme, Padirac, La Roque Gageac, Rocamadour and Gourdon. You have endless views here and don't forget: in this region you have the lowest light pollution in Europe! Be amazed by the countless stars that you can see here at night!
