Villa Garonne is a charming detached villa with private pool, located near lively Villeneuve-sur-Lot in the Lot-et-Garonne. Inside
The bright living room has a comfortable sitting area, a spacious dining table and large sliding doors to the terrace. The open kitchen overlooks the pool and is fully equipped. In the adjoining utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer and extra freezer.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with massage jet shower, double sink and separate toilet. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor: two with double beds and one with a loft bed and pull-out extra bed. Here is also a second bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Outside
Around the villa are several terraces with dining tables and lounge sofas. The private swimming pool with alarm system is surrounded by sunbeds, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. There is plenty of parking space on site and in the double garage you will find a pool table, table football and table tennis.

Villeneuve-sur-Lot is just a few minutes' drive away and offers cosy restaurants, shops and markets. The green surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling or discovering the charming bastides of the Lot-et-Garonne. Furthermore, it is close to Pujols, a beautiful old village on top of the mountain with beautiful views. Here you will experience the real southern French life, with peace, comfort and a touch of authenticity.
