Arnaboun Villa is a spacious, fully furnished villa. The back of the house is facing south.
The villa comprises a large living room, where a wood stove is placed. At the rear of the lounge is a separate sitting area with views across the meadows to the woods. In addition, there is still a hobby angle.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with: electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher, coffee maker and bread maker.
The dining room has a spacious layout and is next of the kitchen area.
On the ground floor is a large bedroom. In addition, the bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate room with toilet, bidet and washbasin.
Upstairs is a large bedroom with two single beds. The bedroom has a sliding door to the balcony, which overlooks the meadows.
There is also a large attic space, within two single beds, with a possibility to place two extra good spare mattresses.
Upstairs is a bathroom with sink and toilet.
On the south side of the entire house, is a terrace located. Outdoor chairs, table, cushions and parasol are provided.
Throughout the house there is geo-thermal heating and air conditioning.
There is a TV site, connected to a satellite receiver.
La Breille les Pins is calm pretty, smal village, but there are all sorts of activities.
In Saumur is an excellent tourist office where all the current information is available.
We do a few of the many possibilities.
La Breille les Pins is located in a wooded, hilly area where peace can be walked. The woods are criss-crossed with marked trails, but also in the Loire valley are several beautiful hiking trails. The hilly, peaceful setting makes the bike enjoyable and not too tiring.
On a Sunday in the month of May is called "Fête du velo organized. A large part of the Loire banks are then made car-free. You can create a beautiful bike ride through the charming villages of the Loire.
In Brain sur Allonnes is an outdoor pool, but also in the 'Lac Pince Mesh' can swim and pedal boats can be rented.
The birders among you can not only their hearts to get the birds in the forests and the nearby wine regions, but also in the bird nesting grounds Rille.
If you prefer more action than parachuting at Saumur belongs to the possibilities. You can also create your own plane there temporarily station and from there flights over the Loire valley to make.
Prefer to stay with their feet on the ground, there are golf courses in Saumur, Bauge and Roiffe for a very attractive price.
The Zoo Doue la Fontaine is a stone's throw away and is considered one of the finest zoos in Europe seen, but the roses of Doue known world fame.
A little further afield is the Puy du Fou and Futuroscope of Poitiers. A day Paris is certainly a possibility. The TGV will take you about an hour.
Too much to mention and we have the visiting picturesque villages and towns with its castles and museums have not even mentioned. Quiet where you can sit on a terrace to enjoy a good glass of wine and French life in the 'Garden of France'.
- The house is equipped for 6 people, but if required it may be possible to order 2 extra mattresses. This presents an additional charge of 60 € per additional connected person, per week.
- There are duvets and pillows.
- The beds are made and you will find towels provided.
- Extra towels are for rent, costs € 2.50 per week each.
- Electricity is included in the rent up to 5 kWh per day. Use of the air is allowed. We want to emphasize that it is an energy guzzler and you can hunt undetected on costs.

Your deposit will be refunded within two weeks. Any costs incurred due to damage, be deducted from the deposit.

- You are welcome from Saturday 17.00 pm and guests are asked to the house the last day of your stay before 10.00 am.
- Your neighbors are your local contacts. They speak Dutch, English, French and German and are always willing to answer your questions.
Twelve years I lived in Villa Arnaboun and of French life may enjoy. By work I stay again in the Netherlands and can not often stay in this house. The house unused leave, I find sin, especially since many of my friends here have been having fun and enjoyed the surroundings.
That has me decide to rent out the house and I just hope you'll enjoy it so much as I did all those years. I like to hear your experience.
