We enjoy living in Briare because it is located on the banks of the Loire, where you can take beautiful walks. The area is very suitable for cycling trips. The house is split into a downstairs and upstairs apartment. We have furnished the ground floor apartment as a holiday home with its own terrace.
We are an early retired furniture maker couple who enjoy living in France and tasting the wines and goat cheese that go with it. Since 2015 we have been able to provide you with good advice about the possibilities for cycling along the Loire.
In the garden you can enjoy the beautiful weather, there is an outdoor house for very sunny weather or, that is also possible, a rain shower. The holiday home is well furnished. A large kitchen, large refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms with double beds of 160x200cm or optionally 2x 80x200, storage space for your clothes and a hanging area. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. The living room has a two-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and TV, radio with CD player.
