Villa la Fontaine

Adjacent to the living room is the spacious covered terrace with a large dining table. Through a spacious, stately staircase you reach the lower spacious terrace with the large, heated private swimming pool with Roman steps. There is also a lovely sitting area in the shade to relax outside the sun. The beautifully decorated and attractive garden gives a lot of ambiance to the whole. It is nice to relax in this beautiful location after you have made nice trips or if you just want to stay 'at home'. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal for delicious 'French' dishes. For the 'sportsmen' there is a private jeu de boulles court for a pleasant game before the evening falls. The parking is located at the front of the house on the private property.

The living room with air conditioning has spacious sliding doors that open onto the spacious covered terrace with fantastic views. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is of course fully furnished. The entire house is on one floor. There is a guest toilet in the hall. There are three bedrooms on the left side of the house. One bedroom has a double bed (200x180) and patio doors to the terrace, another bedroom has two box springs (90x200) and the third bedroom also has two box springs (80x200). These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, two washbasins and a toilet. The fourth bedroom is located on the right side of the house, near the garage, a private exit to the covered terrace, double bed (140x200) and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The garage has a washing machine, dryer, extra fridge and freezer. From this villa, located in a small but charming village, you can go into the beautiful, overwhelming nature for pleasant long walks.

In the nearby village of St-Chinian there is a large, local market twice a week and an extra night market in high season. There are many wineries to visit, cycling on a mountain bike is one of the possibilities and of course there are many tourist attractions to visit. The beach of the Mediterranean with the cozy beach towns is relatively close, which is certainly true to visit. It is wonderful to relax around the heated pool on the spacious terraces where you can enjoy the peace, space, the French sun and of course this very beautiful, complete, modern furnished villa in complete privacy.
