General: This very comfortable and beautifully situated villa located on the edge of a village has a view over the village, the landscape with vineyards, forests and the lake to the Montagne noir. In the village you can get fresh bread every morning on foot or have a nice drink in the local bar. The lake (Lac de Jouarres) is 10 minutes away for water sports and the Mediterranean Sea is relatively close. There are many sights to visit in the immediate vicinity. Afterwards, it is nice to relax in the jacuzzi in the evenings, enjoying the view and the clear starry sky.

Arrangement: The living room (40m²) and the open kitchen (12m²) connect to the covered terrace and the large terrace. The kitchen is of course fully equipped (filter coffee machine and senseo) and next to the kitchen is the storage room with washing machine, dryer and fridge / freezer.
There are three bedrooms, all three bedrooms have two single beds (90×200). One of these bedrooms has a TV  patio doors to the large terrace. One bedroom has two single beds (90×200) and has its own shower with sink.
The bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Two bedrooms have air conditioning There is a guest toilet in the hallway.

Outside the house: The covered terrace opens onto the kitchen and has a magnificent view over the village and the surrounding area. From the living room you enter the large covered terraces where you reach the terrace with the heated private swimming pool (4×9), the sun loungers, lounge set and the jacuzzi by means of a wide staircase. Here it is wonderful to stay and enjoy the peace, space and of course the view.
The whole is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean plants in which the palm tree occupies a prominent place. There is of course a BBQ and an outdoor fireplace with lounge set at your disposal.
You can park your car in front of the house, of course on site.
