The nearby village of ST-Chinian has everything a person needs for his daily life: supermarket, bar, restaurants, shops, etc. There is also a large regional market twice a week (Thursdays and Sundays). Touring through the great area is a must to do (by car or mountain bike). There are many places of interest in the area and the beach itself is not far. The villa has a large living room with patio doors to the covered terrace and a functional, fully equipped, open kitchen. On the ground floor are also two bedrooms (double bed 180x200) with private bathroom (shower and sink) and patio doors to the covered terrace overlooking the garden, swimming pool and the surrounding area. There is a third bedroom (double bed 180x200) and a separate bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet on this ground floor. In the hallway there is a guest toilet. On the top floor there are two bedrooms (double beds 180x200) with patio doors to the large balcony where you have a great view of the surroundings. Of course the house has a washing machine and dryer. The large covered terrace opens onto the beautiful planted garden, the large sun terrace and the large heated private swimming pool. The entire site has a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere and gives you the feeling of being 'at home' in La France. There is ample parking on site for several cars. Of course there is a BBQ at your disposal.
