General:
The authentic village, located in the hilly area of the Hérault, will really give you the feeling of being in the South of France. The nearby village of ST-Chinian has everything a person needs for his daily life: supermarket, bar, restaurants, shops etc, here is also a large regional market twice a week (Thursday and Sunday). Touring through the amazing surroundings is a must to do (by car or mountain bike). There are many attractions in the area and even the beach is not far.
Interior:
The villa has air conditioning, large living room with patio doors to the covered terrace and a functional, fully equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms (double bed 180×200) with private bathroom (shower and sink) and patio doors to the covered terrace overlooking the garden, pool and the surrounding area. There is a third bedroom (double bed 180×200) and a separate bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet on this ground floor. In the hallway there is a guest toilet.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (double beds 180×200) with patio doors to the large balcony where you have a great view of the surroundings. There is also a large bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.
Outside the house:
The large covered terrace opens onto the beautiful planted garden, the large sun terrace and the large heated private swimming pool. The entire site has a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere and gives you the feeling of being 'at home' in La France.
There is ample parking on site for several cars. Next to the front door is a charging station. Of course there is a (gas) BBQ at your disposal.
