Villa La Vesenca (+Air conditioning)

Villa la Vesença is a holiday villa with air conditioning and heated swimming pool for 10 people in the South of France on a private garden of over 3500m2. The villa is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Prades sur Vernazobre, not far from the wine village of Saint Chinian.

This beautiful holiday villa gives you all the freedom, peace and space, located in a beautiful wooded area. The large heated private swimming pool with its large terrace and the beautifully landscaped large garden completes the property. In short, here you will feel like a French king in his own paradise.

General:
The authentic village, located in the hilly area of the Hérault, will really give you the feeling of being in the South of France. The nearby village of ST-Chinian has everything a person needs for his daily life: supermarket, bar, restaurants, shops etc, here is also a large regional market twice a week (Thursday and Sunday). Touring through the amazing surroundings is a must to do (by car or mountain bike). There are many attractions in the area and even the beach is not far.

Interior:
The villa has air conditioning, large living room with patio doors to the covered terrace and a functional, fully equipped, open kitchen. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms (double bed 180×200) with private bathroom (shower and sink) and patio doors to the covered terrace overlooking the garden, pool and the surrounding area. There is a third bedroom (double bed 180×200) and a separate bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet on this ground floor. In the hallway there is a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (double beds 180×200) with patio doors to the large balcony where you have a great view of the surroundings. Of course, the house has a washing machine and dryer

Outside the house:
The large covered terrace opens onto the beautiful planted garden, the large sun terrace and the large heated private swimming pool.  The entire site has a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere and gives you the feeling of being 'at home' in La France. There is ample parking on site for several cars. Of course there is a BBQ at your disposal.
