Les Boriettes, private pool and air conditioning

Our house is completely detached and has a beautiful view far over the vineyards and forests of Prades sur Vernazobre and the surroundings of Saint-Chinian. The house is located in a very quiet area and offers a lot of privacy. We have refurbished a lot in and around the house in the last 3 years to increase the rental enjoyment.

You arrive on the "upper floor" with entrance, separate toilet and the living room with adjoining semi-open kitchen, which is fully equipped. You go down the stairs and you end up on the bedroom floor. The bedroom floor consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with French doors that give direct access to the (unheated) swimming pool, which is cleaned weekly, a bathroom with toilet and a laundry room with dryer and washing machine. Near the large stone barbecue of the holiday home is the beautiful terrace, enclosed with a beautiful wall in natural stones of the Languedoc with a large table. Via the natural stone stairs or the gravel path you go to the alarm-protected (unheated) swimming pool with lighting with 4 sunbeds, a table with 4 chairs and plenty of umbrellas for a wonderful holiday feeling. Even outside the summer it is a nice holiday home to enjoy the Languedoc. The house is well heated by the electric heating in the living room. Between trees you will find our new terrace, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the evening with a good glass of wine.

Location
The property is located in Prades sur Vernazobre in the Languedoc. Prades sur Vernazobre is surrounded by nice towns and vineyards. Due to its central location, all famous places such as Montpellier, Béziers, Narbonne and Roquebrun are easily accessible. There are also vast and unspoilt nature reserves for endless cycling and walking tours and many rivers for canoe trips. Les Boriettes is also a good choice for beach lovers. At +/- 30 minutes away from our house you will find one of the many beaches.

In the nearby village of Saint-Chinian (8 min drive) a market is organized every Thursday and Sunday with many local products. This is a real attraction in the region and definitely worth a visit. In this village you will also find a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bicycle rental and wine shops. The electric car can also be charged here.
