With complete privacy, situated in the green on a quiet road within walking distance of the village for fresh bread and a newspaper from the Minimarkt. Beautiful views of the villages and vineyards of the Minervois, the gentle slopes of the Corbières and the contours of the Pyrenees. La Livinière is known for its excellent wines. There is also a brasserie and a cozy restaurant, where pleasant live music is played regularly during the high season. In the nearby village of Olonzac is the regional market on Tuesdays and there are various shops, a post office, boules, tennis courts and cozy terraces. Homps is a small harbor town on the idyllic Canal de Midi, on which you can take a boat trip or along which you can enjoy cycling (bicycle rental). Lac de Jouarres is 7 km away, a freshwater lake with sunbathing areas and forest, ideal for swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and pedal boating. Within 60 minutes are several beautiful, not too busy beaches such as Gruissan-Plage and Narbonne-Plage.
