Our quietly located holiday villa is located on the edge of the village of Prades sur Vernazobre on a dead end road.
The beautiful views of the adjacent vineyard, the surrounding hills and mountains of the Haute Languedoc make this place unique.
The beautifully landscaped garden with many flowers, plants and the lovely swimming pool has several nice spots where you can enjoy your stay both in the sun and in the shade.
1 dog is welcome, directly from the property you can walk in the vineyards, the garden is completely fenced.
There is a gas barbeque and an outdoor shower, there is plenty of parking on site.
The village with 250 inhabitants is 5 km from St Chinian known for its excellent wines and the lively Sunday market, the larger city of Béziers is 30 minutes away by car, the beach is 40 minutes away.
In our village you can go for small groceries and bread (order day in advance) in the larger towns such as Cessenon and St Chinian are larger supermarkets.
In the third week of July there is a village festival with live music and dancing.
The immediate surroundings are ideal for all kinds of activities such as hiking, cycling and mountain biking (on well-marked routes) and climbing.
The river Orb with its fine beaches 10 minutes away, is ideal for canoeing, swimming and fishing.
A little further afield, there are castles, castles and authentic villages to visit for the culture tasters.
In the area you will find many wine Chateau's and Domaines where you can taste and buy wine, in the third week of July there is a big wine festival in St Chinian where you can also taste wine to your heart's content.
The administrative handling and practical guidance of the rent is now housed with another organization for les Residences du Soleil, you can simply make your reservation through us but we will then refer you to Lisa from les Residences du Soleil, all further contact will then go through this organization.

Last year's tenants will receive a 5% discount on the basic rent if they book again next season and do not have to pay any reservation costs.
