Our beautiful villa is on the outskirts of the typical village of Tourbes, bordering vineyards. In the village there are few shops, a bakery, butcher, grocer, etc. and there is a cafe / bar and a restaurant. It has a large garden with approx 1200 m2 including a beautiful swimming pool of 9.5 x 5 m and 1.50 m deep. Around the pool is a terrace with four chairs and two umbrellas. The house has a front and back patio. The terrace at the rear is covered (30 m2) and the front terrace has stunning views over the surrounding area. There are garden furniture on both terraces and a barbecue. The house is air conditioned. The car can be parked on private property.
The Mediterranean is about 20 km away. In Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde and Vias you will find beautiful sandy beaches. In the immediate area is hilly area with mostly vineyards and forests. At about 3 km away is the town of Pézenas with a medieval center where many antique dealers and artists live and work and where many terraces and restaurants. You can also find large supermarkets.
