Our beautiful detached villa is located on the edge of the characteristic village of Tourbes and borders vineyards. In the village there are some shops: a bakery, butcher, grocery, etc. and there is a café/bar and a restaurant. There is a large garden of approximately 1200 m2 with a beautiful swimming pool of 9.5 X 5 meters and 1.50 m deep. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols. The house has a front and back terrace. The terrace at the rear is covered (30 m2) and the terrace at the front has a magnificent view over the surrounding area. There is garden furniture on both terraces and there is a barbecue. The living room (approx. 50 m2) and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The car can be parked on site.
The Mediterranean Sea is about 20 km away. In Cap d'Agde and Grau d'Agde there are beautiful sandy beaches. In the immediate vicinity, the area is hilly with mainly vineyards and forests. About 3 km away is the town of Pézenas with a medieval center where many antique dealers and artists live and work and where there are many cozy terraces and restaurants. Here you will also find large supermarkets.
