A game on the jeu de boulles court, swimming in the private swimming pool and relaxing on the spacious covered terrace, all possible in this special place. You look out on the rolling landscape of the Minervois with its hills and vineyards. Directly from the villa you can take walks and bike rides (including mountain biking) or walk to the center of the village for small groceries or a delicious glass of local wine in the bar. You can also have lunch or dinner in the excellent restaurant of the village or enjoy a delicious BBQ at home and enjoy each other and the holiday. Through the living room you come out on the large covered terrace with the stone bbq and the beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding area. Here you can fully enjoy the peace, the space, a delicious breakfast or linger on the pleasant evenings. A spacious, wide staircase leads to the lower part of the sun terrace with sun beds, the private swimming pool (4x8) and the beautifully decorated Mediterranean garden. There is also the possibility for a game of jeu de boulles on the private court. The parking is located at the front of the house on the private property under the carport.
