This recently renovated gite and studio are centrally located in the beautiful Hérault, southern France. Located in a picturesque French village, surrounded by vineyards, not far from the Mediterranean coast, you are very welcome.
You can enjoy a warm and sunny climate all year round, walk or cycle from our front door, explore the vineyards of Languedoc Rousillon, and enjoy all the culture the Hérault has to offer.
The holiday home has 2 accommodations: a gîte of 75 m2 (for 2 people) and a studio of 30 m2 (also for 2 people) and are both located on the ground floor of a spacious detached house. Each accommodation has its own private entrance from the outdoor terrace. The spacious, comfortable gîte consists of a living room with covered veranda and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, large gas stove, oven and microwave. A spacious hall connects the living and sleeping areas and consists of a recently renovated bedroom and bathroom in warm colors and in harmony with each other. The double bed is 180 wide and 200 long.
The cozy studio of approximately 30m2 has a living/bedroom with its own kitchen and its own separate bathroom. The double bed is 160 wide and 200 long.
The gite and studio are surrounded by a large lush garden of 7000 m2, an outdoor swimming pool with a sunny terrace with sun beds and parasols. In addition, there is a fully equipped gym at your disposal on site and you can make free use of 2 electric bicycles.
From 2024 you can also use our BIO vegetable and herb garden where you can pick and cut as you please, depending on the season and the harvest.
