Welcome to Boutiquegîte5, two stylish renovated accommodations consisting of a gîte (75 m2) and a studio (30 m2) centrally located in the beautiful Hérault in the south of France. The gîte is suitable for a maximum of 3 people.
Located in a picturesque French village, surrounded by vineyards, not far from the Mediterranean coast, this hidden gem awaits your arrival.
You can enjoy a warm and sunny climate all year round, walk or cycle from our front door, explore the vineyards of Languedoc Roussillon and enjoy all the culture the Hérault has to offer.
You can use a spacious outdoor swimming pool with sunny terrace, a fully equipped fitness room and the large private garden of almost 7000 m2.
The 75m2 gîte is located on the ground floor of a spacious detached house. There is a private entrance from the outdoor terrace. Surrounded by a large lush garden of 7000 m2, outdoor swimming pool and gym, there is every opportunity for relaxation and tranquility.
The spacious comfortable gîte consists of a living room with conservatory and fully equipped kitchen. A spacious hall connects the living and sleeping areas and consists of a recently renovated bedroom and bathroom in Boutique style in warm colors and in harmony with each other.

For years I have been renting out a railway house in Burgundy with great pleasure and to the delight of my guests. This positive experience has led me to also start something in the south of La Douce France. Another area with a different climate and nature, but that is precisely the charm of France.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rate INCLUDES energy, internet, use of outdoor swimming pool, gym and tourist taxes.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
