Located in a quaint French village, surrounded by vineyards, not far from the Mediterranean coast, this hidden gem awaits your arrival.
You can enjoy a warm and sunny climate all year round, walk or cycle from our front door, explore the vineyards of Languedoc Roussillon and enjoy all the culture that the Hérault has to offer.
You can use a spacious outdoor swimming pool with sunny terrace, a fully equipped gym and the large private garden of almost 7000m2.
The cozy studio has a living annex bedroom with its own kitchen and bathroom. The double bed is 160 wide and 200 long. There is a private entrance from the outdoor terrace. The interior is in Boutique style with carefully chosen curtains, wallpaper, paint and furniture.

The Studio is on the ground floor and the owner lives, completely separate, on the upper floor.
