Welcome to BoutiqueStudio5, two stylishly renovated accommodations consisting of a studio and a gîte centrally located in the beautiful Hérault in the South of France. Of the 2 accommodations, this is the studio for a maximum of 2 people. The other accommodation also for 2 people can be found under BoutiquegGîte5. Both can also be rented together of course. Located in a quaint French village, surrounded by vineyards, not far from the Mediterranean coast, this hidden gem awaits your arrival.

You can enjoy a warm and sunny climate all year round, walk or cycle from our front door, explore the vineyards of Languedoc Roussillon and enjoy all the culture that the Hérault has to offer.
You can use a spacious outdoor swimming pool with sunny terrace, a fully equipped gym and the large private garden of almost 7000m2.
The cosy studio has a living room annex bedroom with its own kitchen and bathroom. The double bed is 160 wide and 200 long. There is a private entrance from the outdoor terrace. The interior has recently been completely renovated in Boutique style with carefully chosen curtains, wallpaper, paint and furniture.

For years I have been renting out a railway house in Burgundy with great pleasure and to the delight of my guests. This positive experience led me to start something in the south of La Douce France as well. A different area with a different climate and nature, but that is precisely the charm of France.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rate INCLUDES energy, internet, use of outdoor swimming pool, gym and tourist taxes.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
