Maison Frangouille

Our house is an attractive, French 6-person house with swimming pool on private, fenced property. It is quietly located on the edge of a small village of Frangouille in the Parc Regional du Haut-Languedoc. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the mountains. Within walking distance you will find the river Orb, where you can swim, kayak or fish. 

From the kitchen you walk directly onto the large terrace where there is a large wooden dining table with chairs and a barbecue, adjacent to the pool.
There is also a side terrace with dining table to enjoy the rising sun in the morning at breakfast.
We have many flowers in pots, Oleanders, palms, etc. on the terraces for fun. (do need water!)
At the back of the garden a Jeu de Boulle court 0ftewel Petanque.
There is also a fig tree from which you can pick the fruits to enjoy with a soft goat's cheese on a baguette, from the oven.
Wifi available, TV with Dutch channels, and Netfix.

There is a supermarket at 1 km, where you can also buy fresh bread or a baguette. possibly to walk.
The large supermarkets, Carre Four or Geant Intermarché (giant Supermarket) and several delicious bakeries, such as Marie, are located in Bédarieux, a small town 6 km away.

In the area There are many excursions possible, all located within 40 km, e.g. Pézénas, a beautifully restored town, from the time of Louis the 14th, where Moliëre, a famous French writer, stayed. With a cozy market on Saturdays.  Nice markets are Clermont l'Hérault Wednesday, Saturday Lodève and Tuesday Lamalou led Bains.

A day at the sea is also wonderful on the wide sandy beaches of Portiragne or Sérignan.
The lunches at 12 o'clock (midi) are quite affordable here. 
And the wines delicious and also  very affordable. (a pichet = a carafe)
