The house has a spacious living room, modern fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Large bathroom with bath, shower and 2nd toilet.
There is a spacious covered terrace with table and 6 chairs.
In the house, bed linen and towels are provided.
Cot and high chair for the little ones are ready if desired.
Nowadays Le Petit Paradis also excellent reached by air.
From Airport Weeze Ryanair flies two times a week to Beziers / Cap d'Agde. This airport is half an hour away from the house! You can hire a car at the airport.

After spending a few years on holiday in France, we fell in love with the beautiful Lanquedoc.
When we got the opportunity to have this house built here, we couldn't say no!

Faugeres is a picturesque village with 458 inhabitants and is located at 250 m altitude. From here you have a very nice view over the vineyards towards the coast. Fresh bread and fine wine is 50 meters away for sale and opposite the house is a restaurant. Faugeres is known for its fine wines. In the area you will find many wine chateau's where you can taste to galore kopen.Naast wine and the house is Chateau Ht Lignieres where you can get. Delicious wine Beaches such Valras, Sérignan and Portiragnes are a 40 min drive.
Sights, Beziers (wine town), Montpellier, Narbonne, Agde (ancient Greek town), Pezenas (cité de Moliere, nice market), Lac de Salagou (fishing and watersports lake), the Haut Languedoc National Park. Barcelona is 3 hours drive.

The house is ideal as a starting point for hikes in the hills of the Haut Lanquedoc, but also a walk through the vineyards, which stretch for the house is lovely.
Mountain biking and cycling in this area very well mogelijk.Voor everyone: both the mountains of Haut Lanquedoc as the hills of Faugeres offer many possibilities.
In Lamalou les Bains (10km) and Beziers (30km) are wonderful golfbanen.In the slightly wider area there are many more.
The village has a tennis court (concrete) present.
Visit the Lac de Salagou: a lake for swimming and water sports.

In the neighborhood (max 30 minutes by car): swimming, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, water sports.

Culinary and wine
Faugeres is known for its deep red fruity and spicy wines.
The appellation Faugeres has more than 100 wine chateaux and domaines.
Also next to our house is a fine chateau: Haut Lignieres.
The cave cooperative is run 500 meters, here you can wine "and bucket" (tapwijn) and many other types of wine tasting and buying.
There are plenty of eateries in the area, such as Bel Air, opposite the house and La Forge Bedarieux.
On the coast there are excellent seafood restaurants.
