This 35m² apartment is ideally located and allows you to cool off in the residence's private 13m x 8m swimming pool and enjoy the Ponant district, which is very popular for its calm and greenery.
The residence is only a few steps away from all amenities (restaurants, food, laundry, market on Wednesdays) and leisure activities (golf, tennis, tree climbing, canoeing, aquatic center, etc.).
All you have to do is leave your vehicle in the residence's private car park and use the lanes reserved for bicycles or pedestrians along the Lac du Ponant to get to the beach or the city centre (5 minutes by bike, 17 mins walk).
This south-facing apartment (with an average of 310 days of sunshine per year) has air conditioning, a 7 m2 terrace with a large awning. All this allows you to have your meals and have a view of the pool without being confronted with the movements of its users.
A 20-minute drive away visit Montpellier or enjoy the scrubland, hiking and mountain biking trails around the Pic Saint-Loup.
The apartment consists of: an entrance, a cabin with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with toilet, a bright living room with an equipped kitchen, a TV area, a teleworking area with Wifi and a bedroom with a 140x200 bed. Ideal for a couple or a family of 2 to 3 children.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rates are competitive for this type of apartment with swimming pool and the market for the very popular places of the Ponant district. They include the provision of bed linen (sheets, pillows, protection). It does not include towels.
The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 8 days before the arrival date. After these 8 days, all cancellations will be charged 25% of the amount provided for in the reservation.
The customer pays 25% of the amount in advance by bank transfer + €300 security deposit, which they get back if they cancel during the free cancellation period.
The security deposit is repaid within 48 hours following the positive inventory. Damage or breakage will be retained according to the value of the property.
