A unique place, right on the beach of the Mediterranean Sea like you won't find anywhere.

The very well maintained apartment complex Les Marines is located a stone's throw from the beach of the Mediterranean Sea with 2 separate bedrooms with double beds and a bunk bed in the entrance area for the children, a small but complete bathroom and a separate toilet.

There is no lack of luxury either. A dishwasher, washing machine, combi oven and fridge and freezer and all the necessities to put a meal on the table are available.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, so we have a loggia and a terrace (approx. 16 m2) and a direct view of the communal swimming pool (open from the beginning of May until the end of September)

We also have our own parking space which is in a closed parking lot and is directly at the front door of the apartment.

In short, a unique place for enjoying a sun, sea and beach holiday with within walking distance restaurants for a good meal and a shop for groceries. All this at a very short distance.

We are Geert-Jan and Nanda Westerweele, parents of 4 children and we have been enjoying the always sunny Frontignan-Plage for many years.

In the summer of 1979, my parents discovered Le Soleil campsite in Frontignan Plage thanks to their good friends. From that moment on we were sold and we came back to this year after year. Campsite by campsite closed and apartment complexes were built on it. Camping Le Soleil 1 closed in 1990 and the land was fallow for a while.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price includes:
* energy costs
* Washing machine usage is included
* Beds made on arrival

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A notification of this by telephone must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 75%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
